Refund and Returns Policy

 Definitions

 

  1. “OEM” refers to the original equipment manufacturer.

 

  1. “Order” refers to the form of the purchase order or other document utilized to order any product and the order will include a phone order placed by the customer to the reseller using the customer’s written or electronic form of purchase requisition.

 

  1. “Product” means third-party printer, its associated peripherals, and printer hardware, collectively resold by the reseller.

 

  1. “Reseller” refers to the 123 Setup organization.

 

  • Subject to sections B,C, D,E and F and below

 

  1. For a product to be eligible for return, it must be In resale condition (i.e., deemed as unused and one hundred percent complete, including all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, and blank warranty cards, among other accessories, offered by the OEM.

 

  1. It must be within the OEM or the distributor’s permissible period for return and after the customer’s receipt of the product.

 

  1. Not designated as a “non-cancellable, or non-returnable” (special order) when quoted to the customer by the reseller.

 

  1. In case, the product is a special order item or is not in resale condition, then the reseller will accept the return only if the OEM or the distributor will accept the return.

 

  1. Shipping and restocking fees that are imposed by the OEM or the distributor will be at the customer’s cost.

 

  1. In case, the return is due to the reseller’s error, then the return request made by the customer within thirty days of receipt of the product, then the reseller will accept the return at no extra cost to the customer.

 

  1. If the wrong product has been ordered by the customer, or if they have decided that they no longer require the product, then the reseller will accept the return from the customer if the OEM/distributor will accept the return.
